NOVA Recruitment is a freelance project I brought to life from brief to delivery. The scope covered full brand identity and website design, with the visual identity extended across business cards and letterhead for a cohesive, professional presence.

The name NOVA reflects the brand's core values: Navigation, Opportunities, Value, and Alignment. These values shaped the tone and direction of the identity throughout.

On the web side, I built the site with a JobAdder integration, allowing live job listings to be pulled directly onto the site as new roles are posted. This keeps the candidate-facing side of the business current without manual upkeep.
